Pavilion Grove 3 is situated just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful beaches of Glitter Bay Hotel and the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel. These beaches are wide and close to the Lone Star Hotel.

The villa offers approximately 2,000 square feet of living space, spread across two floors, featuring 4-bedrooms with the first bedroom on the ground floor, while the remaining 3 bedrooms are upstairs. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.

The large master bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom and comfortably accommodates a king-size bed and a double-sized futon, allowing for additional sleeping space. All upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the downstairs bedroom has a bathroom next to it (which can also serve as the downstairs powder room).

The ground floor includes the living room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a laundry room.

Pavilion Grove 3 opens onto a covered terrace both at the side and the front of the villa. The front terrace provides an area for lounging and dining al fresco. Additionally, there is a sun deck with a large plunge pool, a BBQ, and sun loungers.

Pavilion Grove is an exclusive, small, gated development consisting of just 6 pretty, detached villas, a short drive from Holetown, the hub of the west coast. Holetown offers duty-free shopping, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks, cinemas, and medical centers. It is also home to several beautiful beaches.
