The view out to the covered terrace, sun terrace, swimming pool and ultimately, the sea is breathtaking. The living room has a cozy sofa, 85” flat screen Smart TV, cable TV with USA channels at your fingertips, sound bar and an AC unit. The kitchen includes all major appliances as well as additional luxuries such as a Vita-mix, air fryer, kettle and a coffee maker.

Under the covered terrace you’ll find dining tables and an outdoor lounge area.  Chic chaise loungers are located just in front of the expansive 26-foot upgraded swimming pool. Floaties are available for your use for added fun in the sun.

Wi-Fi is included, and boosters have been placed through the home to ensure easy living and connectivity while on vacation. A security system is in place with door cameras (which can be activated if you choose), otherwise this will remain off.

Westmoreland Hills is a boutique luxury gated community.  It is monitored 24 hours with round the clock security.  There is a large communal swimming pool with loungers, a well-equipped air-conditioned gym and a grab and go café.
