Mullins Bay is located just across the road from Mullins Beach, a well-known beach on the west coast of Barbados. Mullins Bay was built in 2000 in 3 phases, TH8 was built in the first phase and was purchased by the current owners in 2016 with re-design taking place from 2017-2019.

This level also has a third bedroom with a terrace that has comfortable seating to enjoy the ocean views while sipping on your morning coffee.

This particular townhouse was mainly used as a private holiday home for family and friends over the years and has only recently been open to bookings.
