One of the townhouses has been reserved and construction will start as soon as another unit has been reserved (in either Townhouse). The purchasing process is simple – a 10% deposit is required on exchange of contracts after which payments will be in stages over the construction period.

Golden Acre development is a short stroll from the famous Lonestar Beach Restaurant where there is a beautiful beach and great swimming. A mix of casual and fine dining restaurants are located nearby and historic Holetown with its wide array of amenities is less than 10 mins drive away.
