The open-plan living area is equipped with a large television, DVD player and cable; it opens on to the dining terrace via sliding glass doors. The kitchen is fully fitted with stainless steel appliances. The two bedrooms feature marble tile ensuite bathrooms; the master suite has a king-sized bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is an additional powder room in the entrance hall.
Amenities include a housekeeper for 3 days a week and laundress services; a cook is available at an additional fee. Schooner Bay has an onsite gym as well as 24-hour security.
