In the best part of the West Coast and located in Holetown, this villa was fully renovated in 2019, including the addition of a new pool, brand new kitchen and bathrooms and landscaping. The house is furnished with luxury brands such as Roche-Bobois and everything has been designed by the owners in detail as they spend part of the time in this house. The housekeeper, who has been working with the owners for years, is included in the rent twice a week from Monday to Friday.
Limegrove 7 was originally built some 50 years ago, and Limegrove Lifestyle Center was built around the house which now includes the newly opened Clifton Market. The house benefits from the 24-hour security of Limegrove Lifestyle Center security patrols. The best refined shopping and dining area in Barbados is within easy 5-minute walking access and includes some of the renowned restaurants such as The Cliff, Lonestar and Tides.
Limegrove Villas are in a prime location in Holetown, just a short 3-minute walk to the beach and with all the essential services, such as supermarkets, pharmacists, and any amenities you could ever require at your doorstep. Also, you are in a residential compound within a private road recently repaved that provides a holiday atmosphere.
For those who would like a car free vacation, Limegrove 7 is ideal as it could easily take a taxi from the airport to the house and never need to get in a car again until you head back to the airport! At the same time, for those who would like to enjoy the South Coast and more variety, including events such as the Cricket World Cup, this villa is only 15 minutes’ drive to the stadium by car, taxi, or bus.

The house is in the middle of Limegrove Lifestyle shopping and entertainment area. As such there could be more noise then would be expected in a normal residential area, particularly on weekends.
"Staycation tenants", party-tourists, groups of adults below 30 years old or children in the house below 14 years old are not permitted.
