Ideally situated just 5 minutes away from Sandy Lane Beach, with golf and tennis just a short walk away.

Designed around a central, airy atrium and seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living, Saramanda has plenty of space for guests to simply relax and unwind; all of the living and dining rooms open out to the pool and garden.

The large indoor living room features oversized comfortable sofas and French doors that open out on to a covered terrace with outdoor seating and an informal dining area.  The laid-back media room, adjacent to the living room, features wide screen HDTV, cable and DVD and also opens out to the pool deck.

Inside, the elegant dining room features a large coral stone table where everyone can gather for meals and enjoy quality time together.

Our friendly staff will provide you with three meals a day, after discussing your particular culinary preferences.  Groceries can be purchased for you and charged to your account, or you can source them yourself from the local supermarket in Holetown.

Rental of Saramanda includes a full staff: cook, housekeeper, laundress, gardener and nightly security guard along with a personal villa manager and concierge services.

There are five bedroom suites across two floors, each with their own bathroom, walk-in closets and cable TV.

The two upstairs master suites feature king-size beds and private balconies that over look the pool deck and beautifully landscaped gardens.

Three additional bedroom suites are located on the ground floor and feature twin beds that can be pushed together or separated as needed.

The upstairs master suites include both a tub and a shower, while the downstairs bedrooms suites have showers only.

When entering the property, you step into a spaciously open plan living and dining area with lovely high ceilings. A modern kitchen with high end finishes and top of the line appliances including a full-size fridge/freezer and electric oven, there’s even a separate drinks fridge to hold your chilled bottles of champagne to enjoy whilst watching the sunset. The living room flows out onto a large balcony which offers beautiful views of a tranquil Barbados and the ocean beyond.

This beautiful town house offers four bedrooms, the first located on the entrance landing and two master bedrooms on the ground floor with their own access to the private pool deck and plunge pool. A further bedroom can be found in the properties detached cottage which also includes a kitchenette, en suite facilities and its own private patio. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and fans.

Barbados is all about outdoor living, so the pool area is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy some sun or taking a relaxing dip in the private plunge pool. There is also direct access to the Sugar Hills ever expanding communal lawn where you can take a blanket and enjoy the open space for a family picnic.

All holiday guests staying at Gemini get to enjoy Sugar Hills beautiful grounds and safe surroundings within this privately gated community. Sugar Hill has an on-site restaurant overlooking the breathtaking waters of a large infinity pool with views of the sea in the distance. There is also a 2nd communal pool, tennis courts and a gym for any sports enthusiasts.

Crowsnest is a luxurious 3 bedroom apartment encompassing 3,371 sq ft of beachfront living space.
