As part of our management services, property owners receive weekly updates and statements as well as a monthly reconciliation, ensuring that all financial matters are clear and upfront. We also maintain both paper and online storage of all bills so that information can be easily referenced on demand.

For our clients who maintain rental properties, we are well-equipped to manage all aspects of the rental process on their behalf. We can assist in setting competitive seasonal rates and have developed close working relationships with several overseas operators to ensure that our clients maximise their rental income opportunities. We also offer meet and greet services for guests as well as on-going assistance to ensure a positive experience during their stay. Additionally, both owners and guests can contact our property managers 24 hours a day via both Blackberry devices and land phone should they encounter an issue or require assistance.
