There is no shortage of space for family and friends to enjoy every aspect of their vacation at Ascot 3, and this includes your family pet, as the entire property is fully enclosed.
This beautiful family home is surrounded by lush gardens, and landscaping with spacious covered patios, that wrap around the entire west side and is also placed on the east side of the villa, amazing high ceilings that ensure that the villa remains cool all year round, large bedrooms, and bathrooms, and living areas, and a fully outfitted and well-equipped kitchen area, that any great cook will enjoy.
There is one bedroom on the main level with an ensuite bathroom, the other three bedrooms are on the upper level with ensuite bathrooms, all cooled by AC units. The property boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and has two master suites, with one featuring a private study and view over the pool and gardens, and the other with a walk out veranda and covered sitting area. Guest bedroom 1 is located adjacent to the master bedroom and provides a king size bed, that can be made as a twin upon request. Its ensuite offer a walk-in shower and single vanity.
