This split-level townhouse with the entrance on the middle level has wonderful beach and sea views from all three levels.  The floors are natural Stone throughout and all bathrooms are fitted with granite worktops and vanity units.

The main level consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops. The dining and living area flow out to the patio with a private plunge pool, overlooking the garden and the sea beyond.

On the upper level are two air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms both having showers - including the master suite which leads out to a terrace and also has access to the rooftop terrace.

The lower floor accommodates the third air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite tub & shower and doors opening onto the patio area with Oceans Edge very own private plunge pool including patio furniture and again the sea views are spectacular. The housekeeper’s room and laundry facilities are also located on this level.

The amenities of the West Coast are within a few minutes' drive, including restaurants, bar/nightclubs, shops, supermarket, duty-free shopping, financial  services and  Lime Grove Lifestyle Centre.

Claridges is an exclusive, intimate and luxurious residential boutique Development on the West Coast.  It  is set amongst two acres of lush, tropically landscaped gardens, located in the heart of the Platinum West Coast only a few moments from the secluded, white sandy beaches of Gibbs.  Designed by renowned architect Michael Gomes, it combines modern living with classic coral stone elegance and a hint of Balinese architectural influence. Finishes include beautiful cedar, mahogany, marble, granite and travertine, each complementing the other, coming together to produce a natural, stylish and classically contemporary living space.

Salt Life at Claridges is the epitome of contemporary living in the tropics. This two story, three bedroom Barbados holiday home boasts a modern interior with a fully equipped kitchen. The townhouse has open plan living and dining area as well as a den/office. All three bedrooms are en-suite with King sized beds, walk through closets and private balconies. In addition, the outdoor space includes a covered terrace with lounge area and a pretty garden patio with daybeds and alfresco dining.

The boutique resort, made up of only 10 villas, features a large swimming pool with waterfalls, sun loungers and a central gazebo where you can relax with friends and a cocktail. Claridges is a short walk to Gibbs Beach where you can hire beach chairs and umbrellas.
